It is not mandatory to wear a rashguard under the GI when training in our Dojo, however it is strongly recommended for different reasons.
Even if we clean and disinfect our mats regularly, wearing a rashguard can additionally protect your skin from potential skin diseases and infections. It acts as a barrier against bacteria.

If you come for a regular class bring your Gi and your belt. If you don’t have a GI you can borrow one from us for FREE.
If you come for a NOGI class bring shorts and a rashguard / compression top, if you don’t have one a T-shirt is just fine.
